1. This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The Highland Hub (“Provider”) and the Client (“Client”), effective on the date the Client enrolls in the service through Provider’s purchase order system.

By selecting the acknowledgment checkbox in the purchase order, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

2. TERM

Virtual Office Memberships: Month-to-month. 30 days written notice required. Services remain billable during notice period. Multiple Services: Hot Desk remains under 12-month obligation.

Virtual Office remains month-to month. If Virtual Office is not active or current, all mail services cease and mail may be marked “Return to Sender Undeliverable”. Licensor is not responsible for notifying senders.

3. VIRTUAL OFFICE TERMS Business address use is allowed while account is in good standing. Business name must exactly match agreement. Address must be removed upon termination.

4. MAIL SERVICES (VO ONLY)

USPS Form 1583 must be on file prior to receiving mail.

Mail will not be released unless account is active and in good standing.

Maximum of 10 pieces of standard mail.

No packages accepted.

Unclaimed mail may be returned or discarded.

5. FEES

Monthly Fee: _69.00__ Setup Fee: _15.00___ Payments due in advance.

Late fees apply.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

6. USE OF PREMISES

Professional use only. No illegal or disruptive behavior.

7. NO TENANCY

This is a license, not a lease. No exclusive possession rights.

8. TERMINATION

30-day written notice for Virtual Office. Immediate termination for violations or non-payment.

9. LIABILITY

Licensor not responsible for lost/stolen items, mail issues, or business losses.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

Member agrees to hold Licensor harmless from claims arising from use.

11. PERSONAL GUARANTEE

Guarantor personally liable for all obligations if signing on behalf of entity.

12. GOVERNING LAW

State of Texas.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document represents the entire agreement.

By checking the box in the purchase order form, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Service Agreement.
